Our Process

We take a lot of care to create a customized approach specific to your pet.

1. Intake Form: It's very important to fill out our intake form completely and accurately. This is the first step in getting information on your pet.
2. Payment: Proceed to Paypal Payment on the website. If you need an alternative payment option, please contact us.
3. Booking: You will receive an email from us with a link to schedule a booking time.
4. Consult: During the video consult, we will go over the recommendations for your pet. You will be able to ask questions. At the end, you will receive a written document with recommendations for your pet.
5. Follow-ups: Emails are encouraged to gauge the progress of your pet. If a video call is needed, then a follow-up session would need to be purchased.
